Do you work on e-bikes that weren’t purchased here?

We can service the mechanical parts. For brands we don’t sell, the battery must be removed and we do not perform electrical work on the system.

What should I bring when I drop the bike off?

Bring the bike as-is, and include any keys or hardware needed for wheel removal or accessories. For e-bikes, plan to remove the battery before service.

Is a walk-in drop-off okay, or should I schedule?

Walk-ins are welcome. If you have a larger job or a tight deadline, scheduling is the safest way to plan it.
