How long does a wheel true take?

At the same time, we focus on doing it correctly, not simply getting it to look straight. Proper truing involves balancing tension across all spokes and stress-relieving the wheel so that it stays true after riding.
If the wheel has a broken spoke or a damaged nipple, the process takes longer. We must source the correct spoke length and gauge, install it, and then bring the wheel back up to proper tension and alignment.
